This is my very first purchase with Bradford exchange. I thought they were going to be made of ceramic or porcelain but they are plastic which is actually better because they are less easy to break but I was not pleased with how much the cost was for the quality. The paint job could have been much better and seemed a little sloppy and the silver bracket labels with the titles of each figurine is cheap and of poor quality. I love the set and i’ve wanted to purchase it for quite some time but I do not think they should be $63 for each set with how the quality is. If it was porcelain or ceramic and a perfect paint job then I would understand but not for plastic with mediocre paint jobs.

I am still waiting on my replacement for my broken piece. I asked for a return label so I can return the item but was told they’d just send me a replacement. It’s been 2 weeks. Not sure where to go from here. Waste of money if situation doesn’t get resolved.

I apparently did not understand how the Bradford Exchange works. I thought I paid for the whole thing, two items came. I questioned why only two items came and my husband explained that this is how your company works and that I will have to pay for the rest of the items when they ship. NOT HAPPY! Please send me what the other shipments will be and when they will arrive. I am on a fixed income and do not like surprises. I will say they are top quality.
