I have two other convertible crossbody bags which I like a lot more than I do this one. I own the very cute bag featuring Jurgen Scholtz's kitten artwork and the Snoopy & Woodstock bag. The quality of those far exceeds this. Although the artwork is beautiful, the quality isn't there. The "pleather" feels... I don't know...odd. Almost like it has some strange coating. And I dislike the finish. It's not smooth, but is grainy, which adds to the strange feel. But I hate retuns, especially when I've been looking forward to the product. So I'm keeping it. Better luck next time, I hope.

Very disappointed in the colors of the purse I got. Sky was grey, not blue. Center of purse was yellow green ( pea green) not a rich green as shown in the picture. I sent it back, hoping the bad colors were a fluke & another purse would look like what was advertised.

I really like the hand bag just a little small. Also easy to carry or a shoulder strap witch I will use. My favorite thing is the birds. The cardinal red bird is what made me want the hand bag. I don't think you will not go wrong in buying the hand bag." Happy Shopping"
