So I love this light. I have a nativity scene that I bought in Bethlehem and this is a lovely addition. Not only does the star light up, but there is a downward facing light that lights up Jesus. Now, why did I give it a low rating for the money. Well, the light was $50, which is a which is a lot for this item however it got worse. When I received my email receiptfrom Bradford exchange they tacked on an additional $30! So was it worth $50?,not sure, was it worth $80 absolutely not. That’s absolutely insane to tack on handling fees. And they were certainly not clearly spelled out. So I was hesitant to spend $50, was very disappointed to find out they charge my credit card $80. But I am happy to have it.

The product I received does not work at all. The first number I called that was enclosed in the package to receive an address label wanted my checking account number!!!! Are you serious 🤷🏻‍♀️. I then contacted on line support and they wanted my credit card number. This has nothing to do with the faulty product I received. What is going on????

I was sent the wrong product. I have been trying to reach customer service by phone and as yet, I have not received a return call. I need instructions on how to return this wrong item, and how to assure that I will be sent the item I had actually ordered. I am not happy about this situation and how things are going so far. I would appreciate hearing from someone in your company asap.

It's beautiful but a little expensive for what it is. I still love it though. It adds a lot to my Nativity scene to have the unique-shaped Bethlehem star shining down from above. I really like that it has the option to twinkle or not and is solidly built as well. A fine piece of artwork.

The light arrived and looks as it did in the pictures, the steady light is wonderful, however the "twinkling light" is almost unperceivable, so it was a disappointment as I was lookig forward to that feature.

Never received it as a Post Office Box delivery was not acceptable and the US Post Office refused acceptance from UPS. Apparently the contract between the two expired 12/26/24 and was not renewed. You should advise buyers that PO Boxes are not acceptable addresses at the time of purchase.

When lit, the star is beautiful. My only complaint is that I had to put it on top of a can of corn to be tall enough to fit OVER my mangers roof. The center of the roof is tall.
