The engine is nice but customer service was horrible!! I thought I ordered the whole train set and called customer service and they told me that there was nothing that they could do and it was only a day after ordering. I will never do business with Bradford exchange again.

I thought the advertisement was misleading unless you read the fine print. There was also very little information that model railroaders want to know. I would not buy from you again.

This is only 1 car. They way the product detail page is written makes you think it’s the entire train and track. We rushed it to have it in time for Christmas. It didn’t even come with a track.
