The first set of pins in the subscription arrived quickly and securely packed. When I opened the package, I was very happy - they look beautiful. I can’t wait to keep getting the rest of the sets!

I want to return this item, but no one has gotten back to me about returning it even though you guys said you would get back to me within one business day. I also called but you guys never called back. Is this how you treat all your customers when they want to return something?

The picture shows MANY pins on the Communicator from Str Trek. I got 2 pins on styrofoam.. very misleading for $58.00

I’ve been charged 3 times but received one package. Your add shows the communicator pin with the smaller pins on I. I got two small pins… not happy. Where are my 2nd and third purchases that I’ve been charged?

My only issue is that the cards that came with the ships were damaged. I would have liked to have displayed the cards but they were pushed up against the back of ships so tightly the ships actually tore through them.
