Rated it a 1 because I haven't received it. It has been sitting at the post office since 6/11. I have emailed customer service but as of today, I haven't received a response. Not acceptable!

The packaging was horrible and not even in a box, just some styrofoam that was banged up and exposed the fragile item. Luckily it wasn't damaged.

I will never buy anything from them again, I never received my purchase and was told once they deliver it to ups they are not responsible that I didn't get it, I need to talk to ups ! They said I needed to talk to them so the only one how got ripped off is me!!

I absolutely love my little teacup fairy but when I had purchased this I thought I was getting all four for the price instead of one....(I didn't buy it through the website or I would've seen that its a subscription) They are cute and beautiful but definitely too pricey for just one I can see paying for 2 or all of them for that one price, and thats why as soon as I saw that I was going to continually get billed that price til I received all of them I canceled immediately if I would've known that I wouldn't of bothered... If money isn't a issue than yes go for it but for me it was too expensive for just one figurine
