I haven’t received the coin as of yet. I am very upset with the response from your Customer Representative. They have given me false information on shipping sent through Pitney and Bowes with no phone number to contact them. Your page even has false information showing it at a postal office in Springfield Mass. I went to the following and the tracking number 00271107679520617677 is not correct for the USPS. Today I asked for a refund since this order was placed on May 22 2026. I have not received attention from your customer representative. I tried to explain all of this to Today’s representative and she continued saying to give it time and this made me upset. Because your company is sending me an order which I paid for in full and then she hung up on me. Mind you that the George Washington coin arrived Today. Could this be taken seriously, I have done business with your company years ago and never experienced this type of service. This needs immediate attention.
