The box that you sent me does not look like the picture and it looks like it only holds nine coins and I’ve only received nine. Will I be receiving more? And will I have to pay for them? What is going on? I don’t understand.

The service you get is horrible! I could hardly understand the person on the phone and she was NOT helpful. She had no idea what I was asking and I was on the phone for waaaay too long! I was under the impression that you were paying for an entire set of coins. They want to charge you for individual mailings of coins (not send a set) so they can collect a delivery fee for each coin. I wanted the option to pay for a set and have one shipping fee…NOPE! Not an option.

They advertised one price for the set / collection. The next thing I know, I am hooked into a monthly membership that I did not want. READ THE FINE PRINT!! So you know what you are getting.

I can't rate my product because it's still not here!! I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I'm being told I have to wait a full month before they will even look into it. Then when I asked customer service about the advertised here by valentines day guarantee, I was told I needed to read the fine print and it was only for certain products. One agent had condescending attitude that i did not appreciate. Highly dissatisfied with this company. First and last time.

fake advertising for what they said it was. They said it was the whole collection not one every month for an extra 50 bucks per month equals three grand that’s fake advertising.

I couldn't tell you how your product is because I still don't have it yet. It's been weeks. Still nothing. The track package option doesn't have accurate or updated information. There are a few more items I wanted to purchase from you, but I'm very hesitant now and most likely won't do now.
