No idea, ordered late November was supposed to arrive by December 5th, package came early on December 3rd only to find they shipped me the wrong item. Called to begin exchange process to find that it could take 2-4 weeks for the correct item to ship out even though the return label already shows delivered on 12/10/25, called on 12/15/25 for a status on the return and they did not have one and gave me a 2-4 weeks timeframe for return to be entered in the system. I guess whenever the item arrives it will be used next year instead, worst experience ever!

Quality and looks are beautiful. I will be using it this year. But the pictures and price make it look bigger than what it really is. Just read the description on the size before making a purchase. The Bradford Exchange really did explain it correctly.

Looks great! Started to squeak after about an hour. Drove the dogs insane. Fixed the squeak with a squirter of silicone lube. Have had to lube it twice in the past week. Your results may vary.

I do think this topper is adorable. But I also do not think it was worth the nearly $200 I paid for it on sale (+shipping/tax). The advertising pictures show shiny paint and make the reindeer look like they are painted a bone color/off white but everything is the same bright white. The pictures also show braided wire as the reigns but mine is copper electrical looking wire. It’s also very small and has an odd squeak as it circles the tree. And the star is blue not pink and not really detailed like some of the ad pictures imply. Again, it’s super cute I just would not pay so much for this item had I known it would be lower quality.

This tree topper is very attractive. I was surprised to learn that it attaches to the tree with zip ties. That seemed rather cheap. Then, when I turned it on, it squeaked horribly. It was distracting while trying to enjoy a Christmas movie. I sprayed some WD-40 on it, and that seems to have solved the squeak. You just wouldn’t expect a noisy squeak from a brand new, pricey keepsake from the Bradford Exchange. Then, I learned that it turn itself off after 3 hours. There isn’t an option to have the star illuminated without the sleigh rotating, so your topper just goes dark. I’m disappointed in the quality of the mechanics. I expected more for the price. However, when it is working, it’s beautiful. The details on the skeleton reindeer team are so intricate.

I must have overlooked the part of the description that stated it is put together by zip ties. It's super heavy and moves the whole tree. At least Its cute when it's not on.

Never received and will not be received until February 6th, 2024 supposedly when it was supposed to deliver Dec. 22nd, 2023 (we will see if it even comes) after I had to provide all personal information to add an account and check order status. They did not mention this item was back ordered as well when ordering, very shady. I even paid for 2 day expedited shipping, so not even worth it to get the order three months later.

I would like to rate but have yet to actually receive it????? Shows it shipped on 10/4 then returned on 10/19 ??????? No idea why returned, the tracking number provided showed it never left facility..... Now says will ship 12/1 WTH???? Oh by the way, thanks for charging me for something that wont even ship for over 6 weeks!!!
