The pendulum is for show only. It does not move. They make it look extravagant on picture but it’s not worth the price. Do not purchase it.

Received the clock and the pendulum is broken. Reached out to Bradford’s Customer Service 24 hours ago and nada. Of course I could return it but would lose the shipping and handling. The was our first and last order from this company. The clock overall is nice enough but overpriced and not worth the money. I will have to glue the hanger. So sad! After my review, Bradford Exchange immediately reached out and requested that I send an email to their CS and they would assist. I did and below is their final reply after I glued the broken piece myself - No offer of compensation or discount for the broken clock. Me: “Thanks for the offer to return the clock, but I am not going to go through the hassle of that, going to the post office and then waiting for another one. My time is valuable. You cannot even answer the question that I asked about sending me just the broken piece or offer any consideration for a discount. I have glued the piece. I will leave my review as is.” Bradford: “Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry, we do not offer repair or restoration services and do not carry replacement parts. I suggest checking the internet for a company that repairs small figurines, jewelry or electronics in your area. If you have any other questions, I’m happy to help.”

It’s very well made but in my opinion it’s not worth what it cost. It could be less pricey. Im already committed to it, so I will keep it and enjoy it for a long time.
