Retailer is extremely misleading and has lost my payments made starting last year in early 2021 for this item twice. Customer Service via email and the phone has refused to take responsibility, which I have followed up with them on fax, certified mail several times, email and over the phone. If these failed attempts via 4 methods of contact does not say enough, please bear in mind when you see the price listed on the website for this item, the Ultimate Coca-Cola Pin Collection sold by the Bradford Exchange, it was and is still currently listed as $34.99 plus sales tax (September 2022), which comes out to $45.14 with taxes and shipping. This was the advertised rate back in May 2021 when I made my first payment via money order and insured mail for the pin collection. When you submit the $45.14 payment to this retailer, you are actually paying for only 2 small collector's pins out of this entire set, not including the box. The photo attached to this review is 2 orders or installment payments of $45.14, so $90.28 for the pins pictured below, which is the reality and what you will receive. This set of 20 pins and collector's box has a much higher cost than what is advertised, which is very deceptive. There are 4 installments of $45.14 when reading the fine print off the Bradford Exchange website is what this retailer claims will conclude the entire order to complete the collection. If this is the case, even then that would only make a collection of 6 pins and the collector's box, as each issue of $45.14 gives the purchaser you 2 pins per payment, and the box is the fourth issue and separate payment installment of $45.14. This comes out to $180.56 all together, which is still just 6 pins and the box. If the retailer were to be honest to this picture, the entire collection would cost $496.54 if issuing 2 pins per issue at $45.14 and the 11th issue being the collector's box, as they have demonstrated is the case. $496.54 is entirely different than $34.99 plus tax, which all prospective buyers of this item or any from this website and retailer I advise to exercise extreme caution when making a purchase, as this retailer has been extremely misleading and failed to take responsibility for their mishandling of the cash payments i made to them and exhibiting negligence and failure to meet the reasonable and expected standards of business conduct required to operate a business.
