Regrettably, I am very disappointed with the quality of the ring and had to return it. The sides are both copper, not gold finish and take away from the quality and consistent look.The eagle head engraving on each side is too large and does not have the shape of a bald eagle and of poor quality. Moreover, the top is not a stone or even glass, It is also a flatl acrylic like material which looks cheap. In short, the delivered product did not look like the advertised product that you shown even now. I am US ARMY (Ret) and I manage ARMY programs for my company. I was so looking forward to a new ring for customer meetings and to show my friends at the American Legion and VFW. My old ARMY ring I believe is from you and maybe even my old high school ring..On a positive note, I love your return policy. 120 days from the date of purchase is the best retThurn policy I have ever seen. I would include a photo but I already returned the ring prior to receiveing your request for a product review. I have never been disappointed by Bradford in any previous purchases, and I hope we can do business again. .

It was not what I saw on the Internet. The ring was poorly crafted, And it looked like something you would get out of a gumball machine. It was not worth the money it seemed like you were only Paying for the Box.paying for the box!!!Very disappointed!!

its ok but the size was and is smaller than the size ordered. a size 10 is equal to a size 9. so i needed a size 11 to gety a 10. wont make that mistake again.

this is breath-taking, purchased to commenorate my recently deceased husband's 40 years in the Army Reserve. He did NOT celebrate himself but this ring worn round my neck is my tangible memory. I do wish you offered a goldplate chain, heavy enough to carry it safely with his high school ring and wedding band.
