This company STOLE our money. We ordered this on December 5th, and it never arrived. When we called to inquire on December 18, we were told "it's not here from the factory" - which I was painfully aware of. I am waiting to receive it, but have ZERO hope, as the companion product ordered at the same time as the original, is here.... of dubious quality, but it is here. We spent nearly $250 with this company, and have never been so disappointed!!

I ordered this snow globe for my grandson that lives almost 1000 miles away. He absolutely loves it. His parents love it. And as the grandparents, we are thrilled to share a tradition our children loved.

The actual product is not as nice as it is depicted. The lights are very dim, and the figurines are actually kind of small. If it had a better box I would return it. I wouldn’t buy this again.
