Unique quality product and great to watch travel around tree top
I think it's beautiful. Smaller than I guess I realized and the santa and reindeer fly above thy star nor around the lower part.
I bought this topper as a tribute to my dad who had a similar one .He passed in 2002 and when I saw this i had to have it.. it reminded me of the love and happiness which isnt always present for me. I snapped a picture for my sister and three brothers for Christmas and i hope this brings back memories for them as well.. This is truly a prized item for me

It was not a 10, it was damaged and didn't work. It was sent back as instructed and I am waiting for a new one to be sent. It was sent back on 8-13-2025. I sure hope you get a new one sent quickly; I put up my Christmas early. Late September. Thank You, Ss. Kett You didn't answer my problem. I was sent a damaged tree topper, I was told to send it back to get a replacement. It has been eight (8) days and still no response. Please let me know if you received the package. I am really interested in receiving the tree topper, as I said I put my tree up early, late September. Thank You, S. Kett

Received the WRONG item and when I called The Bradford Exchange Customer Service three times, they were all rude, disrespectful, some of them lied and unwilling to help with the issue at hand. The only way the receive a full refund was to place the purchase on dispute with my credit card company.

I love this tree topper and have purchased it for the second time. My first one broke. My fault I dropped it. This one does not work well in that the light will not stay on and Santa will not spin consistently. I have to unplug it and re-plug it multiple times during the course of the day. I would’ve exchanged it, but I threw the box away when it initially worked.

So sweet! Fascinating to watch!
Incredibly small when compared to the misleading photos on the site. Can't see any of the artwork when on tree. Even when not on the tree one requires a magnifying glass to see what is on the reindeer's blankets. Very disappointed.

Love it it is so different
the light is not bright, and the sleigh although it turns there is a lag, and its not fluid.. im not really happy with it for the cost.

I LOVE this tree topper. It seemed to be smallish when initially opened but it’s actually close to a perfect size for the tree and ceiling height. I would buy it again although I do think it a bit expensive. With that said the value of its uniqueness makes up for it. Several things about it that took me a while to adjust. First it has a 3 hour timer. Just make sure that you notice it at that limit, especially if you are having a party. Then if it turns off you have to move the switch to the off position and then turn it back on. The third thing which is not a deal breaker but is annoying is that it SQUEAKS! It’s not so noticeable if the TV or music is on but in a quiet room it can be irritating. Hopefully, from the picture and video you can tell the uniqueness of the tree in general. I opt for a more “fun” tree, some may consider it tacky but with the topper it continuously makes me smile! Merry Christmas!!!
