All that arrived was the garland and ribbon. When I called customer service all they did was tell me that I needed to return it. I paid Expedited shipping to have this for Christmas and now all I have is an empty fireplace and another trip to the post office. The service was completely unacceptable.

What I received does not match the picture of the item on line. For example the picture shows a camel and other figurines that are not included.

Finally received it after 3 weeks of hassle because it was sent to old address, looks really pretty except Virgin Mary's hand was broken, I think I over paid for it but is really nice when lit up.

Very nice, but the Nativity characters did NOT include any shepherds? I got to looking and several of the Thomas Kinkade Nativity scenes do not include any Shepherds, which were the first to arrive at the site....Is there a reasoner this? Thank you!

Extremely disappointed order was never processed because card services at my bank failed to update address so billing and shipping addresses were the same disappointed in Bradford exchange for not contacting me about the issue as a result of this dropping the ball by two organizations wife’s Christmas gift probably won’t make it here by Christmas

It’s a nice piece, but I wanted the other angel, sheep and lamb. Only to find out for the price I needed to add near $250.00. It is nice but not worth the price paid.

Product was pretty good quality. Difficult to see the manger scene even with the lighted garland. Set came with Mary, Joseph and baby, 3 wise men and an angel. I thought it would also have some animals along with it, but it didn't. For over $300, frankly, I expected more.

I will never buy another product from your company again. I had the nativity set sent to my wife for Christmas in installments. We moved during the installments. I changed my mailing address to the new address giving you Guys plenty of time Before the next installment. You sent it to the wrong address. Sent me a replacement. Then the next installments went to the wrong address. I canceled and ordered the stupid complete set just for the garland I needed. You suck. And your customer service sucks. Won’t get anymore if my Money.
