This company is not what it used to be to be. All customer service reps are foreign and do not understand what you are trying to explain. It was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Hope nothing goes wrong during any part of your purchase it's not worth your time or energy dealing with people that don't understand. Buy something else from somewhere else

Havent been able to get my train to assess the quality. Paid for 2 day shipping now going on day 7 and still no product. Customer service has not been helpful. Would not recommend buying from this company due to shipping and customer service issues.

They lied and told me everything would come with it to run it and it was a lie.. over $100 for that 1 piece I would have never ordered it , of you didn't lie and say the track would come with it and be complete

I was under the impression that I was getting a set and not just the train engine piece. Also as soon as I opened my package after it arrived, I noticed that the bell on the top was broken. I already sent an email about getting a return for my purchase and haven't gotten a response other than this product survey.
