This product was delivered late and didnt work. I have been trying to get a refund for the expedited shipping cost that did not arrive on time and cant get in touch with anyone from customer service. Instead of getting any acknowledgement from the company about my broken item or refund for my item that was delivered late, I get an email to rate the late, broken item I received. What a disappointment... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - COMPLETE RIP OFF

What a pleasant surprise! My tabletop Christmas tree is absolutely perfect. I appreciate the fact that I can listen to Christmas carols or run the lights and train separately or at the same time. The music box plays clearly and sounds beautiful. The village and the train, in miniature, are just perfect. The moving train is a delight. Thank you!

It was nice, but not exceptional. Quality was OK, again not exceptional; a bit pricey for what you get. Shipping cost seems very high compared to other vendors, but their packaging was top-notch to minimize damage during shipping. The music is pretty cheesy, but at least you can turn it off. A nice feature is that this ornament can operate on either batteries or a power cord depending where you wish to place it. Overall, it looks good next to our other Kincade tabletop carousels.

It’s nice looking. The problem I have with it is that it takes so much power to run the train and play the songs. Therefore, the batteries run out really quickly. It should have a compartment which contains more than 3 AAA batteries so this problem can be resolved. I can use the power cord, but it doesn’t look as nice.

I love the train that goes around and the little houses that light up. The glass tree is especially nice when the colored moving lights shine through. All in all, it's a piece that is definitely up to Kinkade's standards.
