I've purchased from Bradford before. This Santa's Inspiration was "just ok." It was over packaged (3+ layers) and way smaller than we expected. What was larger than expected was the price! You guys could put yourselves out of business if you don't provide value/bang for the buck!

Great!!! Only thing that buggers me, instead of jerking your customers around with this so called rewards program, offer free shipping if spending a certain amount is necessary and if you have loyal customers offer future discounts if they are buying a large quantity of your beautiful pieces to keep them coming back for more. Something to consider besides jumping thru hoops with that rewards program. Great products, a bit pricey and sure to scare a lot of customers away.

Doesn't work on battery power, and illumination is different than advertised. Customer service doesn't want to lift a finger to troubleshoot the problem and just tell us to RETURN IT. It's a holiday item and we will never see a replacement before Christmas. Bradford used to mean a quality product, now it's just drop-shipped junk from overseas!
