It was separated from the base - broken when I received it so I haven't been able to use it. I contacted customer service immediately and I was told they had shipped me a new one but I haven't received it yet. I love snowmen and had planned to use it with my dining table decorations so I'm very sad that I had to start over. So, I really can't give a good review. I STILL DO NOT have what I ordered.. customer service said they shipped a new one but I HAVE NOT received it as of 12/17/25.

Broken & old looking where it was glued. Called & still have no received a replacement. Very disappointed as I have shopped Bradford many times without a problem

Bought this as a gift for my sister. I am sure she will just love this. The detail is amazing. I have not removed it from the styrofoam packing, only untaped to reveal the treasure inside. I was impressed and the measurements appear to be accurate.

Didn’t know the top of snowman comes off. Makes placing this out on display a little difficult as the top sometimes just falls off.
