EVERYTHING It's the perfect Christmas decoration !!
I never got and the person I sent it to never got! I had it sent express and 20 days later it was returned to your facility. I look up tracking and a notice of unknown address; Google can find it so why can't your delivery provider? Frustrated for sure!!!!

Great item for Christmas later this year.
This is a beautiful Christmas object with raised details but the moving train will work only when the unit is plugged in (no batteries so you are limited in where you can place it) and it is NOISY.

Very well done
For close to $200 I was expecting a little better craftsmanship. Lights are a dull color, speaker sounds terrible and train cannot be turned off separately.
Poor paint,music box sounds tinny, train sticks. Worst piece i received from Bradford.

It's beautiful! I gave it as a gift because I've been collecting these pieces for years, and I love them.
Ordered 2nd day air on Wednesday. As of, Monday morning it was still not delivered and we had to catch a flight to Denver. Totally ruined my Christmas and when I called they couldn’t even refund the 2nd day air charge.

Its beautiful. I wanted to use it for christmas centerpiece. However. The star on top was broke. And the train had one car that was loose. I emailed customer service and they sent me a return label and are providing an exchange Which I am grateful for. Im just sad I can't use it for my centerpiece as planned
Not the quality I expected. Detail was not what was advertised. One of the reindeer's legs were broken, the nail came off the little plaque at the bottom, and the trains were turning in different directions.

Music box or volume not working. I sent an email and haven’t heard back concerning exchange or refund. Other than that it is as expected
