Sadly I give this 1 star. The train did not come close to meeting the standards I hold and expect from Bradford Exchange. I was so excited and couldn't wait to put it up! Included with the train are 7 tethers and 6 ground spikes. 3 are used on the caboose, 1 in the back without a tether, and 1 on each side, 2 on the middle car (1 for each side) and 2 for the engine. The engine only has a loop on the left side to the clip the teather to. There is no loop on the right side of the engine to tether to. This makes the engine fall over repeatedly. I called to see if my husband and I were missing something but the lady we talked to knew nothing about loops on the train to clip the teathers too. I asked first if there is supposed to be a loop on the right side of the engine and if there is, then can they have a replacement here before Christmas Eve. If there is no loop on right side, then I want a refund. It was unlikely to come in time and as I said, she knew nothing of loops. She suggested I use it and return it after Christmas. I thought about it but with the engine being untethered on 1 side it keeps falling over. So I emailed Bradford Exchange requsting a return label and am waiting for a response. Having purchased less expensive inflatables in the past from other stores, I can say the material on the Thomas Kinkade train is lower quality than every inflatable I have purchased elsewhere in the past. The candy cane in Santa's hand never inflated fully and not sure if the mustache is supposed to inflate, but it didn't at all. All zippers are zipped fully and the fan is not blocked. Overall the Thomas Kinkade train was a huge and unexpected disappointment considering what I expect from Bradford Exchange.
