My loved it. I always get her flowers but these will last forever.
Pleasure for years to come
I never got it. A shipping label was created on February 5th and never showed beyond that. Today is the 15th. They charged my card on Feb. 5th. I will be contacting them to refund.

Paid extra money to have it before Valentines Day. Customer Service has no idea where product is or will arrive. Very disappointing

Too expensive for the glass type....nice arrangement.
Nice and my wife liked it
Love the subtle lighting and the roses look so real.
It is a very pretty piece that has a prominent place on my dining room table.
This centerpiece is beautiful and looks wonderful on my dining room table.
Excellent, my wife loved it!
Absolutely beautiful and well worth the money
Absolutely beautiful and brightens up the room. The little lights are so charming! I purchased a second one to give to my sister!
Just wish it was a little bit bigger but it's nice
Love everything from quality to fast shipping , I’ll always be a customer.
The flowers smell musty, the vase can easily topple over, and the Thomas Kinkade picture I could have printed out and glued on the front myself. I thought the flowers were ceramic when I purchased this. I wish the vase could be opened to put colored stones in it to weigh it down. I also wish the Thomas Kinkade scene was 3D and more like the Christmas decorations I have purchased with a village inside the glass, which would take care of the weight issue.

Excellent product (appearance, smell)!
When I opened the box, I was quite disappointed for the $174 that I invested. Basically, it was a glass vase with a few silk flowers in it and a very tiny see-through Thomas Kincaid print and a few small LED lights. To make things worse, there were two charges listed for shipping so I chose the more expensive shipping to get it to me on by Valentine’s Day. When I got the bill, they had charged both fees stacked up together. I have quite a collection of creations by the Bradford corporation, and I have really enjoyed the others that I got. I guess this one’s the exception.

The unit It self was great, but the battery case that holds the batteries did not have a switch to turn on and off like it was supposed to have. Had to return It and now have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to receive a replacement according to your policies. Not happy I have to wait that long for the replacement. When I shipped the defective unit back it only took 3 days for you to receive it.

To me, if to be used as a centerpiece, it should have the same view on both sides of the base. That it doesn't is a bit disappointing.
