The snowglobe is fine, but the wording is very confusing. Didn't realize until receiviing the item that it was the locomotive only. I have no idea how to order the rest of the set, as this was a gift.

I have emailed you and no response. It's been a week. One of the globes is cloudy, both have bubbles at top making it hard to see Santa's face, but worst of all, the music box on BOTH do not work. I've emailed for return and requested you STOP future deliveries. I would not buy this product. So disappointed that I could not give as intended for Christmas.

It has some good workmanship, but overall I was expecting more from the product. I thought it would be bigger and that there would be blowing snow in the globe.

I gave a five star rating to the two pieces that I have received. I ordered two wonderland express collections but have only received one train on each. I am anxiously awaiting the rest of my order. I hope it's not too long.
Have been charged over $300 to my account and have only received one piece to this collection. I will be canceling this subscription and would like to send this one piece back for a full refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. It stated 3 installments and I have paid 4 and only one piece? What the heck!!!

Thomas Kinkade has been a major part of my life since I was a kid. So having this beautiful train as an homage to his work is absolutely amazing. Great price and great artwork.
