The wrong one was sent and the "personalize" engraving wasn't on there. Absolutely disappointed was supposed to be a sweet "im thinking of you" gift for my wife who we've been separated for months and everything has been going great so while she says she loves it shes asking what the blank space is for. She hates gold and purple flowers are her favorite so i wouldnt have picked either and it looks like i dont know anything about her favorites. Im just so let down by this all together

There was no personalized writing on it. I was highly disappointed giving this to my wife. It broke my heart when I got it. I didn't open it and let her. When I saw it, I couldn't believe I paid that much for it. If I could rate it lower, I would.

The skeleton hand with rose was much cheaper than expected. The "engraving" is a sticker, the battery compartment wont close if batteries are installed. Overall the product is cheap for the price.

The product is fine. I am disappointed that my wife and my name aren’t on the small plaquerd, as I am sure I ordered the product with our names on it. And there’s a fair amount of excess glue. I realize it’s too late to return it as she won’t have a present to open. It just looked better in the photo. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with anything from Bradford.

Yes this is pa pretty sculpture from a distance but once you get close it's pretty cheaply made and it's not very good quality. I thought the names would be in etched on to it but it's just a gold sticker with your names, I could have done better on this with dollar tree materials. The most quality thing is the globe is glass other then that it's cheap plastic. I'm not keeping it and paying over $100.00 on something I can make better for around $20.00 sorry Bradford exchange it's on its way back to you

Crap product i could have bought a better rose at the dollar store. Not to mention the extra for a dam sticker with our names on it never buy anything from you again and posted this on all of my social media platforms. 🤬
