I was very very. Unsatisfied with the item I purchased. .The metal itself looks more like surgical steel than sterling silver. The stones are not all the same color some are white instead of clear. They look like they were frosted on instead of set .And the names engraved are so small you can't read them . highly disappointed. looks nothing the preview online . want a refund.!!!@

I was very disappointed in the ring. It is nothing like the advertisement. You can barely see the inscription and the diamonds are so small you can't see them either.

This ring came COVERED in black smut and looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! This was a very special Christmas gift for my mother since my father just passed away and I am terribly sad and disappointed. I was also terrified I would not get it in time and when I called the customer service TWICE the women were so ugly, not helpful and could care less about any type of customer service. Will NEVER buy from this company again and will bash them on every public platform I get an opportunity to! This first picture was what is was supposed to look like.
