The product is fine, as expected, but shipping was a nightmare. The wrong product was sent to a previous address although it had been updated on the Bradford site. This had to be returned and customer service assured me that the address would be correct. The second package was again sent to the previous address (a 2 hour drive to a high rise where it could have been lost forever)! Too much trouble.

The trees are too short for my Hawthorne village nativity. The camel is as tall as the tree. Pretty for a smaller nativity.
