Clock looks great. Clock sounds great. One star off because you cannot shut off the singing bird, so it sings all night long.

Bradford has been an interesting experience. Using UPS I was charged $22 for shipping. The UPS driver delivered my package to the local post office and left it there. He did not want to drive the extra 5 miles outside the town to our rural address. That was on a Friday night, so I had no access until the next week. In the meantime, the package was thrown into a corner based upon the condition when I received it. Fortunately, it was not damaged. It has been an unpleasant situation.

I plan on returning the clock. It’s small for the money that I paid. And the face of the clock is so small I can barely see it.

My mother loved it and put it on Facebook. However, I am very disappointed that you do not offer a gift option. I would've loved to have added a short message. There was also the risk that she would refuse to accept it when she saw how much I spent. Please add this option, as these are very expensive, and make beautiful gifts.

I received product had to return it right away although it was beautiful to look at it didn't work.It kept time but the birds wouldn't sound every hour like it would suppose to and even the test button didn't work.
