Haven't received anything, Haven't received a tracking number nothing! Poor communication I still haven't received any answers. Brittney reached out to me very briefly, she is not handling the problem pushed me off to an e-mail link and still nothing! Very poor service!

I constructed really well. Built in wall hanger looks to be good quality. Feels solid when holding. Engraved heart could be a little bigger, but still a wonderful gift.

This is a beautiful piece, it was sturdy and well made. The only thing stopping me from a full 5 star review is that the paint job where Jack meets Sally is a little messed up. On the wall it's not so noticeable but up close, which you have to be to even see/read the personalized charm you can definitely see the discrepancy. To me the product was probably about 20$ more than I'd say it was worth but I'm a huge Disney/NBC fan so I love the product. I've purchased for myself and as a gift.

The moon and figures were very well done. When it came to looking at the heart that holds the inscriptions, I had to take a magnifier out to see if "Doug & Susannah" was spelled right. I'm sorry for giving only 3 stars, but this was a gift and I know the recipients will probably have to use a magnifier as well.

Way to ask for a review when i don’t even have the item yet. No notice on item except that it might ship this time next month. There was no notice when other item ordered shipped. So glad that this item wasn’t time sensitive for an anniversary or anything . 3/9/21- Still do not have item, going on six months now
