The concept is truly great and a lot of fun. They dropped the ball with the quality and functionality, though. The locomotives I have received (3 now) don't light up the way the advertisement describes. There have been no cabin lights or laser illuminating the track ahead. The cars don't glow in the dark as described, either. The set would be much better if it at least came with a crane car and a caboose; perhaps later. Price isn't reasonable.

Sadly, I've never been fond of the blunt nosed diesel engines. Plus, while HO scale is probably the most popular, this particular tain would've been far better in S scale. The lasers on the top are okay, but the ones on the sides should be replaced by nacells and positione further back. The huge laser on the front is redundant and relatively useless. I would replace it with a hybrid parabolic radar transmitter and disc. I've only received the primary engine, so far. So, that's all I have to say for now.
