I never received the item. They charged me and then never shipped the item I purchased. They sent my order to the credit department for review and told me to call Customer Service. I attempted to call Customer Service on multiple occasions and each time was told by an automated system that their office was closed, even though it was during their business hours.

The wooden case was broken at the hinges. I have returned the item with everything it came with but I have NOT received a replacement or any updates regarding this issue. At this point I am Very Disappointed.

Beautiful watch exactly as advertised, but…….. the lack of understanding of shipping and packaging and what happens to packages through the USPS system or any delivery company is disappointing.Bradford Exchange should know what happens when you don’t protect a product well enough. A flimsy plastic shipping bag with a small cardboard box in it was asking for problems. The watch is sold with a beautiful display case that protects the watch and allows you to “show it off” when not wearing. So the bag was slightly torn which dented the thin cardboard box protecting the beautiful wooden display box, NOPE, broke that wooden display box but did not damage the watch. I contacted customer service only to be told they send out product the way they receive from their suppliers, wrong, you receive bulk and mail individual packages, protect them. I sent pictures and asked only for a new display case, NOPE, send us back the watch and we will exchange in up to 30 days, everything so canned answers, and I asked twice with different people thru email , no resolve, they sent a return number but I needed this watch for my sons Lt Col promotion ceremony and I was going to have to travel and leave before I could receive the new one. A few days later I received a letter giving me a $10 coupon for my troubles for a future purchase, threw it away. The watch is an Air Force Commemorative Limited Edition $286 , my son will love the watch as he is very proud to serve our United States Air Force as I am of him and his sacrifices, he just won’t be able to display it in the wooden case that was a part of the purchase. I will find a case and buy him one and it is really not the case but the entire way this was handled and then say Hey , here is $10 hope that makes you feel better, principle and listen to the problem and find a better solution. You are selling special gifts for special occasions, treat them as such.Pictures are worth a thousand words… Truly disappointing, beautiful watch though.
