The chintzy looking personalized nameplate appliqué cheapens an otherwise nice product and sends a strong message about the lack of product quality. The personalized nameplate should be embroidered. The applique is a clear message about this being a less than positive product in terms of looks and longevity. At least give me the choice to pay more and get an embroidered nameplate.
