I like all of the items I have purchased from Bradford Exchange. The only thing I have had a problem with is I received 2 shoulder bags which were sent to my home. I was expecting one to be sent to CSM Blaisdell 1404 5th Ave Fort Knox, KY 40 in Fort Knox, KY . the bag arrived at my home in Boston.. It had had the letters SM Blaisdell. SM is not a Rank. CSM is what should have been this is the highest rank a solder can be in the Army. I count (9) letters in the name Blaisdell and 3 letters (CSM) Command Sergeant Major. I add the total number of letters to be 12.that is the Max number of letters allowed. I received 2 shoulder bags and I ordered 1.the bags were set to my home in Chelsea, MA . Do you want me to mail one of the two Navy shoulder bags which has LCDR Ballou Navy sewed on it and the shoulder bag which has SM sewed in the rank instead if the correct rank of CSM. Your attention to the detail required for this order is most appreciated . V/r LCDR Chris Ballou
Totally over priced for the quality. Have seen higher quality for a third of the price.

Great product. It honors our military. I had bought a different one before for my husband. He loved it and wanted another one.
I did not order the wallet, i did not receive any wallet, and i better not get charged for any wallet.
