I ordered the smallest all which was a medium. It is really too big. I really needed a small. Why wasn't it an option?

Well...big mistake asking me to rate this. It was supposed to be here June 11. I ordered on May 10th...it's a long time but I was expecting that so it wasn't a huge deal. June 11 comes...my 77yo dad is excited...checks the mailbox a few times...but it didn't come. I check the website, and my email thinking maybe I got a tracking number or something. The website now says July 23rd...I email the company, which doesn't really care about concern. They tell me it will be July 23rd...no explanation, no tracking, no status...nothing. They did give me a weak apology...I think. It really wasn't very clear. 2 1/2 months to get a jacket? That's kind of ridiculous, especially after paying such a high price. 1 star for horrible shipping and customer service. As of now I'm still waiting for July 23rd...kind of silly for them to ask for a rating at this point, but here ya go!
