I was very disappointed in the care given to the shipment of my watch. The watch was placed in a watch box. This box was shipped in a thin cardboard box and then placed in a plastic bag for shipping. The watch box was damaged during shipping and arrived broken. This watch was a gift for my sons graduation from Navy Officer candidate school. I paid for express shipping as it was a gift and I wanted to ensure its arrival. I was very disappointed in the condition of the watch box, requested a new watch box at the least but have not received a response from my complaint email to the Bradford exchange. More care should be given by the Bradford exchange to the shipping quality of this expensive item. I have enclosed pictures of my item below.

I am so disappointed that it was made in China. I value my country and seeing that this was made with Veterans in mind you might think about supporting them. I will not buy any more items from Bradford exchange. Supporting China is just not something I want to do.

I'm pretty sure i would like the watch, but the problem lies with y'all's delivery, if y'all wood have sent it to he right place i wood have had it by no. But instead its sitting some where in ILL on its way back to your warehouse, where ever that is. Which means it will b that much longer be four i get to enjoy it . MR.G
