I purchased this lamp, paid total due, not installments, to be a Christmas present for my brother. I received the lamp and one of the Soldier’s hands were broke. I sent it back on 5 December 2020. Spoke with a representative at Bradford shortly after I mailed it, to find out they are out is stock. End of January 2021 would be the earliest they may have it. I told her I would just like my money back. Of course, no refund until they receive merchandise. Still have had no correspondence from Bradford as to if they have received the lamp back and when that refund will be issued. Follow up call in order .

The lamp is beautiful. It was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it!
