Never got it because it was never shipped by delivery date informed of them you added an additional month like it was nothing, no explanation, just wait another month. Bullshit Temu on steroids is what Bradford exchange is .

I expected the name and Marine Corp on the front pockets to be monogrammed not imprinted. For the price paid for the bag it should have been monogrammed. The service from this company in not good. All you get is a recorded message and if you are able to speak to a living breathing human being, he was not able to answer my questions, he did say that someone would call me back or email me with the correct information I requested, they never did. Shipment is Very slow.

I ordered in early Dec and was told Dec 16-23 delivery. This was a Christmas present for my special marine. Then they changed expected delivery to Feb 5th and Trotsky messed up my Christmas. Their reply was “ we have reserved your order”. No apology or anything. Very disappointed with service snd didn’t meet my expectations. Don’t ask me to rate and then not even deliver my produce!!

Bought this for my sons birthday he loves it
order not arrived and tracking number provided is not recognized by ups and customer service is like a robot thanks me and says on way. Be warned of their poor customer service! Disputing charge.

My boyfriend loves this bag. It's a replacement for one he had just like it for 10 years.
I have one. This is for my friend. We are both widows of soldiers, so it's a nice reminder.
Constructed very well....lots of room..........great appearance....slightly overpriced.
The zipper broke within a month of usage. The ink used for the name is cheap. The USMC patch is crooked. I regret buying this.
