The friend I order this for has yet to receive it. I’ve emailed (no response) & called (got excuses) shipped 11/10, it has had no updates since 11/21. My friend’s birthday was 11/23. It’s 11/26, still nothing. Years ago I was a very faithful customer of TBE, now I will NEVER order anything from them again or recommend them to anyone. I should be fully refunded for an item that was never delivered. I am livid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The colors are very pale and dull, the wolf isnt as detailed as the picture, the indian face is completely different, and the eagle is distorted. Very disappointed.

I'm soo unhappy with the quality!! I can't believe I believed I was going to receive real materials when in fact it's fake and isn't what it claims to be!! Very unhappy this was supposed to be a gift for my husband how upsetting I couldn't even give him his birthday present!
