Nice product, was shipped in exposed styrophome container sealed with tape, certificate of authenticity taped to the outside and damaged during shipping do to poor packaging

The pictures give you a sense that it is made of glass or crystal, when I opened the styrofoam padding it was shipped in (no box) needless to say I was disappointed. You definitely need to read the fine print that states “made from the artists’ resin”.

I like this sculpture as this is a tribute to 9/11 and makes a great memory to those who perished and lost there lives in such a tragic and horrible event our country being the USA has ever faced.

I was not shipped in packing very well. The antenna was loose, and no power cord and no batteries. For the price, I could not even give it to the Veteran that it was purchased for, because of the way it was shipped and the antenna. Pretty sad for all the money I have spent with your company.
