Since I hav not yet receive this item and I was told I would not receive it until the end of January when I called about it and this was a Christmas present for my great granddaughter her very first Christmas so needless to say I’m not happy with Bradford exchange in the least

Your company is the worst I have dealt with, I placed the order and added a payment method with it and yet you kept saying it was not paid for so you canceled the order, it was never delivered! You need to work on a better online system for purchasing, one that accepts the payment methods right away. Very disappointed.

It's beautiful, and Lena Liu has been a favorite of mine for many years. I purchased this as a gift for my Mother for her 89th birthday and she loves it.

She loved it.
Beautiful and classy. It wasn't as colorful as pictures. Colors seem muted. Music box portion was loud enough and clear but if lid is on it, it vibrates and isn't as good sounding. I didn't like foam stuck sheet inside box either.
