I am very disappointed in the quality of the whitetail cuckoo clock. I bought it for Christmas for my wife and before we could get it out of the box one horn on the large buck broke off. Then as we were hanging it on the wall a horn on the small buck broke off. I am very disappointed in this clock as my wife was so excited to get it. Thank God for super glue! You should send a tube of super glue with every clock you sell, your customers are definitely going to need it.

I had to glue the horns on the buck on the top
This was gift for my daughter. She loved it and the quality is wonderful
It’s very pretty and heavy. We thought it would have a cuckoo sound but it has a chirping bird sound which is nice to.
Ithis was a gift for mu teenager grandchild who loves clocks. It came with missing bolts and screws for assembly

Great product
Product was ok except the antlers on on the deer was broke.. It had to be broke before it was shipped because the broken antler piece was not it the box...so I couldn't glue it back on

Seeings i ordered it at the beginning of December and got it broken, returned it immediately and it is now dec 26th and i get an email saying the replacement wont be here til about feb 6th im not very satisfied!! It was fir my 88 year old dads xmas present. Ive always liked your products and quality but im not happy with this purchase actions.
