I am Unable to write a review for this item. I ordered it on May 9th, and Paid Nearly $30.00 for Expedited Shipping. According to USPS TRACKING, my package has been sitting in Postal Facility in Chicago since May 14th. I am Very Disappointed. I HAVE NOT Received My Item !!! I Cannot write a Review if I don't have the item !!! Can someone PLEASE ! Check on this for me ??? Thanks

It was a gift to my granddaughter, Abby Joy. She dressed up as Dorothy for Halloween. I bought this for her Birthday. When the package arrived, it was the WRONG item! No gift, no cute little figurine of Dorothy and Toto. Deeply disappointed.
