It's beautiful, but the shipping they use is horrible.

I would love to review my purchase, however, I still have not received my ring. It was shipped on June 27, 2025. At this point we are at 18 days since shipping. I have reached out to customer service, and they told me to wait 30 days and then contact them. Needless to say, they were not helpful at all. This will be the last item I will purchase from The Bradford Exchange. There is no problem with them receiving my payments !

I never received this or any notification that it had been shipped or delivered. My son passed in October and I really want this. Please make sure I receive it. I believe this is a problem with your choice of delivery.

Cheapest ring I have ever saw. If I had the box and stuff back it would be back in your hands. Will NEVER buy jewelry from you again. Got this in memory of my husband and brother. Don't buy this ,my mom also got one and she hates it.
