Can’t give a rate of a product I never received. You can check the comment on my other ring that was purchased at the same time which I never received either. I will never purchase another thing from Bradford Exchange. Nor will I recommend your company to a single person. Not even my worst enemy. This experience has been horrible. These rings were for my granddaughters whose mother was killed in May in a horrific accident. So thank you for ruining my gift to them. Unacceptable horrible service. I haven’t gotten a single response to my emails, phone calls, checking the website, etc. So I don’t expect to hear anything from you. I received an email to buy more crap but no answer to my inquiries. I received an email to sign up to become a member so I can track my orders. So I did. Says I have no orders. Nice… This company is the absolute worse.
