The ring is beautiful. However your shipping sucks. Bradford Exchange must have a contract with the post office as it sat in Columbus ohio and no tracking update unless you are redirected to the Bradford exchange site so you can never see in real time via the post office. You guys said it would be here before Christmas it was not 12/31 was delivery date. Order before 12/12 and will be there by Christmas. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
