Neil and his Team at Bradley Morrell , recently, handled the Conveyancing of both the Sale and Purchase when I moved house. Excellent Service , good communications, timely and very courteous when I visited their offices. My Telephone communications were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
An excellent Solicitors, first time I've used them , definitely superior to Solicitors I'd previously had dealings with . I would definitely recommend Neil and his Team.

We can’t praise Neil and his team enough for completing our house purchase.

With the property having a boundary issue it took fifteen months to complete, this was through no fault of ours or Bradley Morrell. It was a frustrating time but Neil guided us through each step of the way keeping us updated and was always quick to reply to any questions we had (there were many!).

Once the sellers solicitor had solved the boundary issue with land registry, Neil and his team made sure all the documents were correct, dealt with our help to buy ISAs, secure a completion date and exchange contracts within two weeks which we were delighted at the speed of.
