Disappointed. I booked an appointment for him to check my roof and after 90 minutes he didn't turn up. Messaged me later to say had a family emergency. So gave him a second chance, we arranged a date and time to meet. Again waited over an hour and he didn't turn up. Made excuses about traffic. But didn't call to say he was going to be late. On both occasions I took time out of work, arranged cover and worked late to make up the time. Needs work on his customer service skills.

I would highly recommend Bradley Roofing in Leeds. They responded, very quickly, they gave me a detailed break down of what needed repairing, what material was, needed and how long it would take. They arrived on time on the date we agreed. The work is extremely good, the roofer explained what he had done and showed me photos of the stages, lovely man and a very fair price.

Was really pleased with Bradley roofing services, they were prompt in responding to my call to ridge tile damage and replacement even though the weather had been appalling. James who came out was pleasant, well mannered and a great lad. Good job all round.

Brad and the guys worked through Saturday and Sunday till late on to make sure my roof was safe and leak free before the rain came. Called Bradley we was getting a leak around oh chimney Bradley came out same day diagnosed the problem repoint our chimney and reflaunched it also sealed our flashing not had. Isssue since highly recommend
