Excellent!
Exellent service from Bradleysfish and I was really excited about my order I revived this morning. The prawn was delicious and it's so convenient with the fish already frozen as I would have froze the fish anyway. Will ordner again soon as the value for money is really good.

"Well that box fits into my freezer. Why didn't you buy a bag?"
" The mackeral were fished in waters North of Scotland in the description but they are actually Norwegian according to the box"

You ordered a 3kg BOX of mackerel which has 6 fish in it, first of all you called and spoke to a member of staff because you were unhappy that you couldn’t separate the fish, she told you the quick easy way to do this, you didn’t speak in a pleasant manor to her. You then called back the next morning, you had managed to separate the fish no problem and said they look lovely, which they do they are a very good product. The problem now was that they didn’t fit in any of your 3 freezers, which measured 20cm across, I said that there were very small most standard freezers are 60cm wide and that the box would fit in my home freezer, you then said yours were 200, you then went on to say that they should be individually frozen, this isn’t the case with interleaved boxes, I tried to tell you what to do with them but you weren’t listening. Then you demanded your money back which I wasn’t prepared to do as there was nothing wrong with the product, you became very rude towards me saying that the customer was always right, I had to remind you the customer service agents were human and had feelings. Our staff do no need to be spoke to in such a manor, which is why we have deleted you as a customer.

Placed order a couple of weeks ago, but was waiting till cooked all fish before to give feedback. Have to say Excellent service, from 5 start delivery to very good quality fish, whole family enjoyed very much. Will be ordering again.

Excellent fish and packed very well. Turbot was extreme expensive, don’t know what the going price is but a single small portion was over £22. Saving it for a special occasion. Haddock was delicious as were the Kippers from the Isle of Mann. Delivery was exactly as expected.

A very happy customer
First time I have ordered from Bradley's fish and was very happy with my order. I ordered online and it was easy to do. I was able to choose the day it was delivered and the courier sent a 1 hour time slot. The fish was packaged very well and very good quality. I will definitely be ordering from Bradley's fish again.

Fish to die for!
After trying several fish "boxes" I found Bradley's fish - chose the fish, placed the order, and got it the next day. The quality of the fish is absolutely perfect! It is a joy to cook and eat such good fish! I recommend this company to anyone who likes fish!

It was my 1st order
It was my 1st order. I received next day delivery.
The fish looks amazing just defrosted a plaice fillet smells so fresh. Defrosted the prawns with their shells on and they tasted amazing.
Will definitely order again and recommend them greatly.

Careful delivery and great value fish
Fish delivered when said. The driver was friendly and delivered item with care. The fish I brought was for a bbq which had to be postponed until the end of the month, so sitting in my freezer at the moment. The fish I've brought from this company has always been of a high quality and I highly recommend Bradleysfish.
