Purchase through Brad Teal
I recently purchased a property at auction through Brad Teal Real Estate, Essendon. The auction was conducted by Brad Teal, assisted by Lara Harris.
Brad's conduct of the auction was professional and impressive and his handling of the negotiations post the auction made the process comfortable and non-threatening for me
It's also worth noting that my last-minute decision to attend on the day of the auction was due to encouragement from sales consultant, Lara Harris, who had handled the inspection of the property and whom I had met several times at other properties.
