Worried

I placed order from Debenhams and you are on my bank statement not happy as it’s taking 12days for goods to arrive the reivews say goods are fake and you are a scam I thought I was ordering from Debenhams not you my reivews is genuine order numberDUX051513195

Please be assured that we sell as a third-party seller on the Debenhams Marketplace, alongside many other independent retailers. This is why our name, Braforme, appears on your bank statement rather than Debenhams directly.
Regarding the authenticity of your items, we can confirm that all of our products are sourced directly from the original manufacturers. We do not sell fake or counterfeit goods; all of our stock is 100% genuine. You are more than welcome to verify this directly with the manufacturers, who will be happy to confirm that Braforme is one of their most recognised and trusted UK stockists.
We have previously requested further details from you via email to help us chase the delivery of your order with the courier, but we have not yet heard back.

Will use again

I purchased 3 items, one of which was in stock and I had quite a wait for the other two. However I was made aware of the issue via email and after a few weeks the items arrived last week so not a major probem. The price was good and the quality of the items were too. Well packaged and as described.

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. Bought items via Amazon which I wanted to return, but wasn't possible via usual Amazon self-service. Ruby at BraForMe was exceptionally helpful in making the return possible via a different means, and responded very quickly and informatively. Thank you.

No good for me

Delivery was quick but unfortunately the bra wasn't a good fit, despite my ordering my usual size.

Not living in the UK, however still my first choice.

Although I'm living in the Netherlands and BraForMe is shipping from the UK, my order always arrives within a week in good order. The prices are very competitive, so whenever I need to buy new lingerie, BraForMe is my first choice.

Good fit

It is good to have a bra that properly separates and fits well
However it would be good to have wider shoulder straps for the larger sizes and it offers medium support rather than a firm one

Good service

Although the item I ordered proved not to be available, the service provided was excellent. I was given the option to exchange for a different item or obtain a refund. I opted for the latter and the refund was made v promptly.

Comfortable fit but not an exact size for 36HH went off their sizing chart.

There wasn’t enough communication after…

There wasn’t enough communication after order placed. I seriously began to doubt if the items would ever arrive, and if they did would they be genuine. Having had a very bad experience with another company that sent completely different goods and made it impossible to return for a refund.

You did reply quickly when I emailed to ask what was happening. When the items did arrive, taking a bit longer than I expected, they do look genuine, and I am pleased with them.
