I bought a pair of stainless steel side bars for a LWB Citroen Relay from Bragan. They arrived in just over a week from Ireland which given the current situation is pretty good. The bars were well packed and arrived in good condition. Once I sorted out which brackets went where fitting was straight forward and I am very happy with the way they look. The integrated steps make entrance to the van considerably easier. I would definitely recommend Bragan based on my experience

Ordered a light bar from this company. Realised I ordered the incorrect series. Before the product was sent out I asked how I would return the product. They sent me a norther Ireland couriers details which would not collect from the UK. The parcel never turned up anyway. I asked them to track where it was, they advised the courier had left it in a safe place. Their safe place was outside on a driveway on busy road in view of the public. This parcel a £300 product and such a large parcel, for it to be left outside is just ludicrous. This parcel was taken by a passer by clearly, checked with all neighbours nobody picked it up. Asked Bragan to fully refund as the parcel has been stolen. They have stopped replying to my emails. Contacted citizens advice who have been most helpful & we are getting a refund onto our credit card. DO NOT use this company they are unprofessional & will just fob you off each time you try to contact them. I wish I had actually gone with my gut and not ordered from them in the first place after reading bad reviews. The bad reviews are all true and spot on! Worst company I have ever had to deal with!

I ordered roof rails,cross bars and load stops for my Caddy and they were delivered promptly,even during the Easter break. The items were pretty straight-forward to fit although a little tight when lining up the holes but once there they were great. A cost-effective addition and improvement to the look of the vehicle. Good communication from Bragan.net also. I might go for a bull bar or some side bars next.😁

Wife ordered wind deflectors for my transit, sent completely different shape to the ones on website, told they were right even though they were completely not what she ordered

Got a bumper bar for my truck before, doesnt sit with the bumper very well, led's look well but some better shapes out there now and will prob change it

If I could leave zero stars I would, We contacted this company regarding a sun visor for a 21plate Citroen Relay to make sure it would fit, they assured us it would however whilst having bars fitted at Jimbars in Carlisle Jim and his team attempted to fit the visor only to find there was a manufacturer defect and one of the brackets had been welded slightly out meaning it wouldn’t fit flush on one side. We have contacted them to tell them and they are coming up with every reason not to accept the item back possible. Saying it has to be unused and still in its original packaging etc. Obviously it’s not as we have attempted to have it fit only to find its faulty. I would avoid this company we will be asking the bank to take the money back as these are not interested in refunding the item.

Had to charge back on my card to get refund from this lot, just seem to think nothing is thier fault. Make sure you are protected by your card if you buy off these.

Got a bullbar and was hard to get fitted by mechanic, the angle didnt loom as good as the website.

If poundstretcher made roof bars.... even they would be better than Bragan

3rd time used this company for bars! Ordered wrong finish in error ! Eventually replied to emails saying I could return but costs involved for returning and resending and difference in bars ! Then item would be thoroughly checked and refused if damage! And then a bit at bottom of email saying “ alternatively just keep them “

Tried to call this company for advice before buying, just kept getting fobbed off with "send an email to us" thought with covid this might be fair but looking at reviews I see its just their bad customer service like I have read here others have had. Thank god for trustpilot, i might have gone ahead with my order if not !

Arrived before the expected date, was well packaged and once i had the instructions, very eady to fit. Looks awesome on the truck. Good service, good quality.
